kashmir the beautiful . . .

Kashmir is one of the most beautiful places on earth. It is the land of dreams where heavenly experiences are stored beyond imagination. This majestic land has innumerable colors of joy in the form of sparkling rivers, sleepy lakes, startling gardens, regal chinar trees, magnificent temples and mosques, famous historical sites and amazing flora and fauna. It is simply perfection beyond this world. This picturesque state dazzles like a diamond whenever the sunshine gently caresses its beautiful body.

This lovely state is the northernmost state of India. It appears like a jeweled crown on the map of World. The abundance of natural beauty has earned the state a nick name of the ‘Switzerland of the East’. It is mesmerizing to see how this endless beauty never fails to captivate the viewers with its changing scenes from dazzling white snow of winters to blooming fragrance of spring. This is the place where time loves to stand still to adore pristine beauty that is in fact beyond expression. Come and explore the richness of the state and experience the bliss that you have been longing for so long.

Kashmir is famous for its handicrafts. If you are a lover of handicrafts, then Kashmir is the place to be in. A carpet is a life long investment because it may well be the single most expensive purchase during your visit. Kashmiri carpets are world renowned for two things – they are hand made and they are always knotted, never tufted. Here you can shop for pure wool shawls called ruffal which have different counts of wools. Shawls mixed with other fibres like cotton and other cotton derivatives are far cheaper. On the other hand, woolen shawls mixed with pashmina will be far more expensive. If you are an adventurous person, then you should come for trekking in the months of April to November. The ideal month to visit Kashmir is September where green turns to gold and then to russet and red. Enjoy memorable boat ride in the picturesque Dal lake of Srinagar. Once you are in Kashmir don’t forget to savor the tasty food of this place.

Play Windows Games on Linux

I usually work with my Ubuntu but time to time I like to play games. So I have to restart my computer and go to windows and after that again another restart to come back to work on Ubuntu. Fortunately I have found the solution for myself. It is PlayOnLinux and if you already have Wine you can easily follow some wizards to play your favorite game.

Have Fun.

Kindle vs IPad

I know that IPad is really an instigation device which can fraud every one to buy it. However for those who really want to read the books, the essential things are:

1. Book's price
2. Book Coverage
3. Practical Device to Read

In my opinion still Kindle has the greatest gentle back light for reading books, amazon has a great collection of books with reasonable prices. But the competition will not end here and amazon has to improve this small useful creature.

So you want to play, buy IPad. Want to read books, buy kindle.
Thats all. This is the link  www.amazon.com

MY AUTOBIOGRAPHY

(Time flies by like a roll of toilet paper)
Talking about my life has always been like stepping on glass, I was afraid if I did it, the glass would break In the early morning hours of august 27th, 1991 at rawalpindi a young infant peacefully joined a new world.I think I was born in hospital ,I don’t knw that in which hospital. My father named me fawad. I will tell you about all the good things that has happened and all the bad things that have happened, also what I want to happen in the near future.
I lived in rawalpindi with my father, brother and sisters.we have alot of fun with eachother.i lived in sadikabad for first two years than my father took me in to school. We have our own school at sadikabad than I studied in prep class in my fathers school and I am very naughty at that time my father was the principal of that school I always tease my teachers and many times I cry that I don’t want to go to school but my father was so strict in this at that time. Than we sale out our school and go to our home town and I studied one year at my home town than we come back to rawalpindi and I took admission in two class in ayesha lasani school. In two class I have many gold madels in study and debates.than my life has a big turn at six class because my father transfer my school to federal government school near abpara market.it really quits my everything. My life changed i was changed when i go to the federal school the students are so sick they bark at each other and also do some bad habits like smoking and fighting and much more.the teachers are also not so good.so in ninth class I ask my father to have changed my school so I took admission in radiant school and than I feel good with good friends. I learned many things in my life that how to live and how to control yourself from bad habits.my father loves me a lot when I asked for some thing he gives me that thing at the spot.i don’t think that my younger brother was jeloused because I think he was much more better than me so I liked him a lot. Many times he asked me that you have to buy this thing or that thing than I asked to my father for that thing.but I don’t know how I changed but I stay quit at home when my family go out side for some refreshment or trip to muree or any other place.thats because of some thing which I cant share with you. Than I hate every thing in my life and I feel very guilty and than I like to be alone at home and when my family go to some relatives home I don’t go and stay at home alone.my father asked me that why you do this than I told him that I get bored at outside.i only enjoyed my life with my friends.i learn many things from my father that how to live and how to respect . I have done my matric exams  in good marks and than I decide to get admission in Punjab college of commerce I want to go to that college because I know that at that turn I will be changed to a talkative person. I choose my self better college for me and than I told my father that I want to get admission in Punjab college of commerce. Than I choose icom because I like business field. I think it is the best college in rawalpindi to be changed an average student to a good student and this college changed my life its late but helpful for me. Punjab college changes personality of mine . I enjoyed alot in doing Icom in two years 2008-2009 .in these two years I have many friends and all are so nice.i like them very much they helped me to buildup my confidence.we hangout daily in different places than I fell good and than I know how to deal with every one.but the most important thing in my life is my friends . I love my friends alot. I never live without them.but I don’t like friends who are in bad habits. I enjoyed a lot in Punjab college with my teachers and friends and also we have lot of fun in college. College arranges many functions, concerts and dinners for us.I enjoyed my twelve years only in these two years I will remain happy, happy and happy.but in 2nd year I saw some faults in my friends that they are changed and they are going to achieve bad habits I told them that be careful from bad habits but they didn’t listened me and than they achieved their goal of bad habits.than they become a street fighters of rawalpindi and every day they have fight with some one.i also joined him .when we have done our I com. I know that I am going to do bba hons and my all friends join Punjab college bcom branch. Than I decided that I didn’t meet him .and I thought that it is better for me. Than I applied for admission in comsats and iqra university and than I decided to be in iqra university because it is recognized university and it is in 4th rank in hec. So I submitted my admission fee and prepare to come to a university I feel good to be in a university life.i think that matriculation is the most difficult exams in life.
The glass will never break, cause I am strong.

New Marlboro Cigarettes Box Design

This is the last design for the Marlboro cigarettes box, which shown on the Egyptian market and all places you can buy cigarettes, it’s really scary!!
I think the photo talks, and you dont even need the English translation of these Arabic words printed on it which talk about what smoking could hurt your helth, but I wonder how a young Kid will response to this horriable image if he sow his father or mother smoking one of these out from the hateful box!

How to Make Money on YouTube

Step 1: Sign up with YouTube

If you are an aspiring YouTube entertainer or if you simply want to gain exposure for your product, service, or idea, the first step is to set up a free account with YouTube. This is quite easy and can be done in less than ten minutes. Once you have done this, you will be able to focus all your energy on creating, uploading and marketing content in the hopes of turning it into a successful moneymaking venture.

There are five ways for the owner of the videos to make money on YouTube outlined here. The host is telling of the easy ways he has leaned to make money on the web using YouTube as a venue. The five ways to make money on YouTube are; 1. Join the YouTube Partnership. 2. Start a blog at Blogger and include links to your videos. 3. Add a tip jar to your blog and videos by putting a PayPal link 4. Be creative with the type of videos you upload to YouTube. 5. Get local sponsors to help with the production of your videos. Businesses can help with supplies and finances that can help to make your videos appear to be more professional.

Step 2: Brainstorm Original Ideas

Next, you will want to brainstorm for some original video ideas that will attract a large audience. You'll want a lot of followers if you intend to make a large amount of money. Some thoughts to keep in mind as you dream up your ideas:

Consider a weekly or even a daily series. If people enjoy it, you will have even more opportunities for earning money.

Try to focus on one idea, genre or theme. If comedy is your strength, maybe produce comedic videos that follow the same character or group of characters.

Do not make videos too long. You may take more liberties if you are producing a weekly or daily series, but otherwise try to keep you length shorter and the content more concise.

Make videos on subjects people enjoy. You may also focus on types of videos that are popular such as how-to videos.

Never go anywhere without your video camera. You never know when you may be able to catch some prime footage.

Step 3: Promote Your Videos

To get visitors to watch your YouTube videos, you have to promote yourself and the videos. There are several easy ways to broadcast your YouTube channel to make yourself and your videos known:

Get T-shirts made with your YouTube channel name and address written on them. Give them to family and friends to wear.

Build a MySpace page about your videos with a link to eacho f them. Invite visitors and friends to watch and rate them.

Use your Twitter account to promote and invite viewers.

Post a description and link to your videos on your Facebook page. Everyone who visit your page will have the opportunity to view your videos.

Watch other YouTube entrepreneurs who are making money on YouTube and follow their lead. If possible, get in contact with them and ask for advice.

Make copies of your videos and give them away - you can even send a copy of the really good ones to the local TV station - you may be on the evening news.

Advertise locally with flyers, in publications and by talking about your videos to everyone. Ask them to tell someone else.

Step 4: Become a YouTube Partner

Now that you have content and a growing audience, sign up with the YouTube partnership program and start to see the cash pour in. They will have to approve you, so don't apply until you have some good content and a growing number of subscribers. Show them you have the potential to become the next YouTube sensation!

Now that you have the information to get started, why not start churning out entertaining content today? It's fun and easy, and who knows, you might be one of the fortunate ones that are earning six figures.

Apple iPhone 5: What We Know So Far

As if the iPhone 4 wasn’t groundbreaking enough, the iPhone 5 is going to revolutionize the world of cell phones. Here’s why:

One of the biggest benefits of owning a new iPhone 5 is that it’ll come with dual core processors that will make it load at super fast speeds. Not only that, but it will be incorporating even more powerful graphics chip cards, which will provide you with better video and still images. As if the 20 gigawatt gazillion megapixel already in the iPhone 4 wasn’t enough…

Right now it looks like the new iPhone 5 will be running on a 4G network (instead of the usual 3G). That means that some of the most likely network carriers to get a plan under are Sprint, T-Mobile, and maybe AT&T and Verizon. But we’ve all heard a lot of complaints about AT&T’s network in the past, so I’m not sure how many people would opt to go with them for the new iPhone.
In fact, one of the reasons behind the increase in Jailbreaks of the iPhone 4 was that AT&T’s network had way too many problems with it. Rather than deal with AT&T a lot of people ended up jail breaking their phones instead, a fair deal considering you can get free ringtones, themes, and apps when you jailbreak your phone.

Also, anyone who says Android based cell phones are going to be able to compete with the new iPhone 5 are completely delirious. They won’t even come close to the capabilities offered by the new iPhone when it comes out.

If you’re thinking about buying the iPhone 4, you’ll be better off waiting for the iPhone 5 instead, as it should be coming out really soon this year. Here are some of the expected features:
Features & Specifications

The new iPhone 5 is expected to have Face Recognition Security so that you don’t have to worry about other people stealing your phone and trying to use it… That is, unless they steal your face too. (Anyone seen Face Off?)
Video Chat on a 4G network instead of a slow 3G one
Much nicer overall body design of the phone. It’s going to be even thinner and have a shiny black piece.
Shatter Resistant and Scratch Resistant Screen
The lowest model will come with 32G of space and 64G of memory. I’ll be able to store my whole computer on the lowest model of the iPhone 5. Yippeee for me.
Longer Battery Life – Up to 14 Hours of Talk Time On The 3G and 7 Hours on the 4G. With 14 hours of talking to my girlfriends, I’m only going to have 10 hours to sleep =(
HD Audio – The quality of sound is going to be extra crisp.
Built In GPS – You’ll never get lost or have to download one of those stupid GPS apps.

How much will the new iPhone 5 cost?

I can’t speculate on that, but I’m going to assume it’ll run you over $500. It’s definitely going to be worth it though, and I can’t wait for it to come out.

Benazir murder: Counsel for both sides blame Musharraf

April, 5 2011
LAHORE: A division bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday adjourned proceedings in the bail petition of Benazir Bhutto murder accused Saud Aziz, former City Police Officer (CPO) of Rawalpindi, till today. Counsels for the accused and the federal government informed the court that former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf was involved in the killing of Benazir Bhutto. Counsel for Aziz, Khwaja Sultan, submitted that in the challan of the Bhutto murder case and the report of the United Nations commission, his clients name was not included. Sultan said three allegations were levelled against Aziz which included avoiding postmortem on Bhuttos body, washing the crime scene and taking her caravan through a risky route instead of the proper route. He said Bhuttos husband Asif Ali Zardari did not allow an autopsy to be performed so Aziz could not send Bhuttos body for postmortem. He agreed that a postmortem report would have been helpful in the investigation. As per the law of the land, he said, if relatives of the deceased do not allow an autopsy to be performed, the police cannot conduct one. Sultan said investigations had proved that Musharraf was involved in the murder and army officials acting of Musharrafs orders gave directions for the crime scene to be washed. He said Major Nadeem Ijaz of military intelligence had given the orders on the phone. He said that it was on the record that Baituallah Mehsood was sending Bhutto death threats so it was Musharrafs responsibility to ensure her security. Musharraf, he said, left holes in the security cover perhaps to facilitate the attackers. The counsel also said that on December 27, SP Khurrum Shahzad was on duty while Aziz had gone for security duty for Nawaz Sharif who had also been present in the city. He said suspects arrested had confessed to the crime and one of them, Rafaqat, in his statement had said that Aziz had no link with the plan of the attack or the attackers. Later counsel for the federation, Azhar Chaudhry, told the court that according to the security plan prepared on December 25, Azizs duty was in Liaquat Bagh so he wrongly claimed that he was on security for Sharif. He said at the time of the blast no police official was present on site and her original route, which might have been a bit safer, was altered under some master plan to aid the attackers. He said though Musharraf is responsible for the murder, the security from the site was removed on the directions of Aziz as he was chief of the city police at that time. The counsel for the federation was giving his arguments but proceedings were adjourned as court time came to an end. The court adjourned the hearing till today.

Cricket World Cup 2011: India 'given wrong trophy'

Cricket World Cup 2011: India 'given wrong trophy'
The International Cricket Council has been accused of giving the wrong World Cup cricket trophy to India after their dramatic win over Sri Lanka in the final in Mumbai at the weekend.
The whole cricket-mad country was yesterday seized by the growing controversy as it was revealed that there was more than one trophy and that India was presented with a different one from that given to previous World Cup winners. While the final was being played, that original trophy was locked in a customs warehouse in Mumbai as £30,000 of duty had not been paid by the ICC for its release.

Cricketing officials say that the Indian team was presented with a lookalike on Saturday night at the Wankhade Stadium. The ICC maintains that the trophy presented carried "the specific event logo of ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 and has always been the cup that the 14 teams were playing for".

The one impounded in customs, the ICC said, was the "perpetual trophy" used for promotional purposes which is housed permanently at the council's Dubai headquarters. "It carries the generic ICC corporate logo rather than the logo specific to the 2011 event. That [perpetual] trophy will be reclaimed ... and will travel back to Dubai with ICC staff as was always intended."

But cricketers and commentators disagreed, saying that under established custom the "perpetual trophy" was awarded to the victorious team after the final, albeit for a brief period. Thereafter, it was replaced by a replica with the ICC logo and the year it was secured. "Because the ICC declined to pay the customs duty for the cup despite earning such massive amounts from the tournament, the Indian team was deprived of being presented the real trophy," a senior cricket commentator said, who declined to be named.

Officials said the ICC refused to pay the duty on the grounds that the trophy would later be re-exported while Indian Customs said the tariff was mandatory as it was entering the country even for a short period.

Finally india wins ICC World Cup 2011

Drenched in euphoria over the historic Cricket World Cup victory, India today knew no bounds in celebrating the triumph of its Men in Blue as the joyous country showered them with praises and awards.

At 10.49 last night, the country erupted into unprecedented celebrations after Mahendra Singh Dhoni's team won against Sri Lanka in the nail-biting title clash.

As Captain Dhoni made amends for his poor form hitting the winning runs off Nuwan Kulasekara with a six, it was a dream come true for the Indian team, who had worked hard to achieve the feat, and the country that waited for 28 years for the Cup to return.

Emotional and poignant scenes unfolded at the renovated Mumbai's Wankhede stadium as the players hugged each other and fireworks lit the night sky with the cricket crazy country breaking into instant festivities.

A normally reserved Congress President Sonia Gandhi , who said the victory of the Indian team "will be etched in gold for generations to come", came out on the streets of Delhi joining thousands of fans in the hour of glory.

A beaming Gandhi popped out of her sports utility vehicle, standing on the seat with one leg on the door and waved the national flag. She shook hands with the fans and displayed Victory and thumbs-up signs, drawing lusty cheers from the crowd around on Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg near the busy ITO crossing at around 11 PM.

She told the fans that the Indian cricket team has done the country really proud by winning the Cup. The fans responded to her by chanting "India-India" and "Vande Mataram".

Guarded by Special Protection Group personnel, Gandhi was in the midst of the fans for about 20 minutes before she drove off towards the Delhi Gate.

As she interacted with the celebrating fans, the ITO intersection, one of the busiest areas in Delhi, was chocked with a massive traffic snarl as vehicles came to a grinding halt. But few seemed to mind as a festive mood swept the whole nation.

Many esctatic men at the Wankhede stadium took off their shirts and did a round of the ground even as the securitymen tried to chase them away. Some took photographs of the pitch also.

President Pratibha Patil , who had witnessed the match at the stadium, and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh led the nation in hailing the Indian cricket team saying it is a testimony to the hard work of the players and the astute leadership of Dhoni.

In a message to Dhoni, Patil said "the road to success has been long and hard. You and your team were tested at every stage." She also invited the Indian team for a reception.

The Prime Minister said "the hard work and the effort of M S Dhoni and his men have been rewarded".

BJP chief Nitin Gadkari , senior party leaders L K Advani and Arun Jaitley and Shiv Sena leaders Uddhav Thackeray and Manohar Joshi also witnessed the match in the stadium.

The windfall for the team started with the the Board of Control for Cricket in India announcing Rs one crore for each player.

Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit also announced an award of Rs two crore for Dhoni and Rs one crore each for four Delhi players-- Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Virat Kohli and Ashish Nehra.
